e-PAYMENTS
Thank you for choosing to view and/or pay your bill over the Internet. With RE, our tenants can render payments through a simple, easy-to-use, online interface. This saves time, money and hassle for tenants and affords an alternative to making a timely payment. To access the proper account(s), you will be asked to create a user account under a secure login and create a password. All payments are due in full by the 5th at 12PM each month. Any payment received after this time frame must include the specified late fee. Payments are time and date stamped upon receipt. Online payment fees are the responsibility of the tenant/payee. RE provides alternatives to writing a check for each rent payment. These convenient payment methods give residents the option to pay on a one-time or recurring basis.

E-check:
An e-check is the most common and cost-effective way to render payments. Funds are debited directly from the tenant’s bank account and delivered to the account associated with the resident’s property.
Credit Cards:
RE offers credit card processing for all card types (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
Security:
Tenants may render payment with confidence knowing that our secure socket layer (SSL) software utilized by our partner payment host is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
