FAQs

What type of affiliate should I select?
If you are applying to work with RE on the HUD 1D or 5P project, please select HUD.

Is your firm hiring for brokers, listing agents, and office staff outside of the HUD contract?
Please see the employment section above regarding available staff positions. All listing brokers and agents must register as an affiliate to start the review process.

I don’t see a ‘submit application’ button. How do I submit my application?
After completing the affiliate application, you will see a button that says ‘Affiliate’. Click that button to submit your application.

How will I know if my application was received?
Once you submit your online form, you will receive an auto-response message acknowledging receipt and thanking you for your submission.

I applied online, but I have additional documentation to upload.
Please send an email to our vendor management team at vm@re-global.com with your additional documentation and/or certification(s). Include your name, business name, and NAID number for reference. Please be sure to submit a comprehensive application the first time. If you do not have all documentation available, please use your best judgement regarding submitting an application prematurely. Applications will be evaluated based on the submission.

How can I check the status of my application?

When will you make a decision on my HUD affiliate application?
Due to the volume of applications we’re receiving, it will take approximately 30-45 days to review your application.

May I schedule a one-on-one meeting with the HUD Project Manager?
In order to provide a level playing field for all applicants, we are not accepting one-on-one meetings with any applicants.
