• Team Collaboration: Owner, Architect, Project Manager, Superintendent, Sub-contractors.
• Schedule Optimization, Owner Provided Items, Materials Staging, Safety, and Payment Procedures.

CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

• Structured Meetings: Weekly or bi-weekly.
• Detailed Schedule Updates, Sub-contractor Coordination, Owner Change Orders, and Time Extensions.
• Inspections (State & Local), Payment Applications, RFI Management, Submittals, Material Ordering.
• Sub Back Charges, Independent Inspections & Testing, Punch List.

Our infrastructure is adept at efficiently executing new facility support opportunities, and we pride ourselves on tailoring service options to meet the unique needs of each client. A testament to our capabilities, RE secured a US DOD/Army facility support services contract, providing lodging and over 5,000 meals for 150+ troops engaged in an overseas mission.

In addition to our overseas engagements, we have played a crucial role in supporting Fort Benning by maintaining a 745,000 square-foot structure along with additional support structures spanning over 20,000 square feet. This LEED specifications-designed facility, valued at over $550M, stands as a testament to our dedication under the RE Facility Support Division, ensuring well-maintained grounds and top-notch services.
